Cub Scouting is a volunteer-run organization
Scouting isn't like soccer or baseball where we're on the sidelines cheering our kids on. Cub Scouting is hands on, and it's for the whole family.
Every cub scout pack is only as successful as the leadership involved in it. Like your local church or PTA, that success, and the success of your son or daughter comes down to parent involvement. Great parents want to be part of the action, maybe not serving as cub masters or den leaders, but as committee members, treasurers committee chairs, or activity organizers. Pack 3375 could definitely use the help from new parents going forward to make sure their sons and daughters have a safe, fun scouting experience
